1          POTracker list export to excel on placement search.

POTracker export to excel button added on placement search screen. It will export POTracker data to excel as per placement search criteria.

 

1          Document upload for standard deduction type and specific deduction type barred from Document Management screen.

Now onwards system is not going to allow the upload of documents against the “Standard Deductions” or “Specific Deductions”. Instead one can upload the document specific to the deduction type like PI/ PL/ WC etc by creating its relevant entry in the Placement type- document upload types from the Admin –> Library –> codes section

 

 

2          User rights screen revamped.

All the tasks are now grouped section wise on user rights screen. User can select multiple tasks (section wise) from User Role Management screen and Role Task Management screen.

 

 

1          Advance Search: Candidate/Contact/Client records can be searched on multiple regions.

1          Diary event is made to sync with Assigned To user:

New changes are made to diary module with following features if company level setting Track Events By Assigned To, is Yes. If the setting is No, then it does not impact the current functionality.

  • When a Task is assigned to another user, it will be fully accessible to the user. It will be shown in his list and he will be the owner of the Task hence forth.
  • Task will sync in outlook of the user to whom it’s assigned to.
  • Task will not sync in outlook of the user who created it, if it’s assigned to some other user.
  • User will not be able to edit all task details, if he created the task but assigned to some other user.
  • If task is not assigned to anyone everything will remain as is.
  • Task can be assigned only once and it cannot be modified by any one.
  • Task List will show one more column (Event owner). If the task is assigned to some other user, his details will appear in this column. In other cases the details of user himself will appear.

Add Candidate name and ID in the mail which is sent on uploading of document against the placement when Auditor notifies the accounts or placement is locked.

Notes will be stamped whenever timesheet related details are set or updated in HR Tab of Contact

Job Advertising: Stand out logo is made mandatory if stand out ad is Yes and both fields are visible. Stand out logo should not have any value if stand out is not Yes.
4. User preference Screen: Notes grid is revamped to allow paging etc.

Bugs & Fixes

No Issue Description
1. Template cannot be empty error while trying to advertise job for different agent from Job->advertise tab using an old template, is fixed.
